职位描述：
Position Purpose Develop national marketing plans that will profitably increase sales, profit, market share and brand preference for brand in China. Be responsible for setting growth strategies and tactics, gauging cross functional alignment, orchestrating agency partners, suppliers and Regional Marketing team for execution excellence. Track and evaluate marketing or consumer relevant marketing activities, ensuring high quality brand image building. Key customers include: CMO, Business and Consumer Research, Menu, Operations, Accounting Center, IS, Equipment, Legal and external agencies. Principal Accountabilities In addition to following company's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to
Strategic Planning
？ Be responsible for designing and developing marketing strategy and tactic for responsible area (refer to org chart attached)
？ Develop national marketing calendar with marketing programs that will deliver against the agreed annual marketing and business plans
？ Lead cross functional team in annual strategic planning
？ Be proactive about the future. Develop pipeline thinking, validate with strategically designed market test and researches to enable the company to comply for the future

Business Building
？ Cascade the marketing strategy with detailed plan and calendar to promote and strengthen the brand image, as well as expand sales and achieve the assigned sales revenue goal
？ Be accountable for identifying improvement opportunities, removing barriers and providing insightful solutions for a successful implementation of the Marketing plan and calendar. This may also involve proposing significant changes to business plans and execution plans, as appropriate.

Brand Building
？ Formulate the brand strategies that enable strong connection between brand and consumer
？ Provide guideline and supervision to agencies to ensure consistent, distribution brand personality and tone of voice
Be predictive about future consumer trend and be the first to capitalize the future trends

Relationships
？ Lead agency integration
？ Work collaboratively within marketing team
？ Enhance the cooperation between national and regional marketing executives, to ensure 100% perfect execution
？ Seek cross functional alignment in strategies and execution focus

People/Team
？ Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and development to the team
？ Set performance goals from team down to individual level to ensure synergy with the business plan
？ Plan and be accountable for marketing budget in responsible areas

Qualification
？ Strong marketing fundamentals. Balance of art and science.
？ Mature people management. Good listening and influencing skill.
