职位描述：
1) Responsible for realizing and optimizing the plastic injection process and CNC process; failure analysis and continuous improvement.
 负责塑料注塑工艺和CNC工艺的实现和优化及失效分析，对生产工艺的持续改善；
2)Work with tooling suppliers and tooling engineer to develop and design moulds/ fixtures; to check the spare parts status and analize stock to avoid production stopping due to spare parts problems
与模具供应商及工具工程师一起对于模具/夹具进行设计和改进； 检查机器备件状况及库存情况避免机器及模具因缺少备件停产.
3)Analyze customer complaints, submit the corrective actions and preventive actions, help QC Dept. complete the 8D report.
对客户投诉进行分析，提出改进措施，协助QC部门完成8D报告；
4)Make the process flow and work instruction，Input and update content of control plan；
 编制工艺流程图和操作指导书，对控制计划进行输入和更新;
5)Support R&D. Make prototype on time with good quality. Provide feedback of prototype in
manufacturing stage.
 支持产品的研发, 及时完成样品的制作, 确保样品制作质量, 并对产品设计进行反馈.
6)Implement PAPQ on each transfer project and new product. Lead to solve problem in process；
 对转移制程和新产品执行PAPQ (制程审核和制程认证), 组织解决工艺过程中的问题；
7)Train related production people.
培训相关生产人员 。
8) Finish other tasks from superior on time
及时完成上级交予的其他任务
1)Bachelor degree, Majored in mechanical or mechatronics, more than three years experience in the plastic injection process engineer with manufacturing engineering background.
本科学历，机械或机电专业，三年以上塑料注塑工艺工程师经验，具有机械制造工艺背景

2) Computer skill and can master and apply Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
计算机操作熟练，并能熟练掌握及运用办公软件和CAD
3) Rich experiences in process design and improvement, be familiar with lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma
有丰富的工艺流程设计及改善经验，熟悉精益生产、六西格玛优先
4) Good communication skills in English (spoken, written)
优良的英文表达能力（口语、书写）
5) Serious and responsible work with the spirit of cooperation, good communication and cooperation with colleagues
工作认真负责，具有合作精神，善于与同事合作沟通；
6) Good software skill of ERP.
