职位描述：
Main Task
- Operate and manage server, network and firewall infrastructure in China and all other Asian sites
- Monitor Hardware/Software installations, in case of incidents debugging and troubleshooting in collaboration with the global IT team
- Provide technical support for end users in China and other Asian Sites on a daily basis
- Create, solve or dispatch and monitor incidents in the Servicedesk system
- Document fixes and manuals (Knowledge-Base)
- Operate local printer and telephone system
- Manage the IT assets (maintenance storage room and inventory system)
- Provide IT training for end users (e.g. onboard training)
- Bill payment maintenance in China
- BPM system maintenance in China

Supplementary tasks
- Project lead for allocated global IT projects (especially in Asia)

Skills
- Administrating Desktop systems and other endpoint devices
- Managing IT servers and services
- Provide IT Servicedesk
 
Responsibility
- Responsible for stable operation of IT systems and services together with the global IT team
- Responsible for end user support in Asia together with the global IT team

Main responsibility
- Majored (Bachelor or above) in Computer Science/Information Systems or related
- Advanced knowledge:
- Microsoft Windows Server / Directory Services
- Microsoft System Center products
- Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint und Lync / SfB
- Microsoft Windows Client (Windows 7/10) and Microsoft Office
- VMware ESX
- Server/Client hardware

Complementary knowledge:
- Service Management (ITIL)
- Network (TCP/IP, Firewall, Monitoring)
- Social methodological skills
- Strong customer and service focus
- High degree of self-reliance and flexibility
