职位描述：

工作职责：

1、销售管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；

2、负责所辖区域内产品销售策略的执行；

3、组织区域市场调研，分析市场需求，不断开发新客户；

4、收集区域市场信息，掌握市场动态、特点和趋势，并将所收集到的有用信息反馈给相关部门以便作为决策参考资料。

5、负责销售团队的管理，带领团队完成区域销售目标；

6、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，3年以上销售团队管理经验；

2、3年以上有汽车保修设备行业经验；

3、5年以上汽车及零配件等相关产品经销商开拓经验优先；

4、优秀的领导能力、团队沟通及协调能力；

5、较强的应变能力和学习能力；

6、乐观进取，勤奋务实，能适应出差。
