Job Purpose 职位目的
Mainly provide administrative supporting work to supply center manager and office employee as well as visitors Assist supply center manager in office and administrative job.
主要为供应中心经理提供行政秘书支持工作，包括对于访客和办公室员工提供行政支持等。

Job Responsibility 工作职责：
Assist SCM for secretary tasks 供应中心经理秘书工作
1. Writing all required documents for supply center manager: reports, charts, presentations,
为供应中心经理撰写报告，表格，讲稿等文件。
2. Managing the production and factory KPI record
管理生产和工厂的KPI记录。
3. Being a contact person for SCM issues, both for china and UK
担任供应中心经理的联系人。
4. Writing minutes in meeting where SCM is involved
负责撰写有供应中心经理出席的会议的会议记录。
5. Managing SCM schedule and agenda
负责安排供应中心经理的时间表和日程。
6. Booking and organizing transports and accommodations.
安排旅行票务和住宿。
7. Managing the meeting room and videoconference booking (less job so far )
安排会议室和视听会议室的使用和预定。

Office Administration 办公室行政工作
1． Responsible for office staffs’ travel supporting work including bus service, visa application, hotel and air tickets booking etc.;
负责办公室员工/办公室部门所有访客的商务旅行行政支持工作包括但不限于车辆接送安排，签证办理,酒店及机票预定、会议安排及其他行政安排事宜等
2． Be responsible for management of canteen, shuttle bus, cleaning in office area etc.
综合管理公司餐厅、班车以及办公区域清洁工作等。
3． Support with employee activity, such as employee outing, annual party, family day and other employee activities;
协助支持员工活动如员工年度旅游、年会、家庭日以及其他员工活动。
4． Providing support on training organization and implementation.
协助支持培训工作的组织和开展
5． Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
经理安排的其他工作。

HSE 安全、环境和健康
1. Adhere with all the company’s policies and procedures on occupational health, safety & environmental (HSE) to fully co-operate with company in all aspects of HSE. Actively advise for weakness finding and improvement on current system or procedures.
严格执行公司所有职业、安全和环保的政策和程序，并在职业健康、安全和环保各反面与公司合作，主动报告健康、安全和环境体系及程序方面的缺陷并积极提出可行性建议。

Qualification & Requirements 岗位要求：
Education / Experience 教育/经验
1. College degree or above, majored in administration or English or related
专科及以上管理类或英语相关专业
2. 2-3 years related working experience esp. administration is a prefer;
2-3年助理相关工作经验，特别行政方面.

Special Knowledge & Skills 特别的知识和技能
1. Good communication & interpersonal skill, excellent English both oral and written;
良好的沟通协调能力，英语读写能力优秀
2. Computer skill including MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word etc.
有一定的办公软件应用能力，包括Outlook, Excel和word等；
3. Strong coordinating and organizing capability, good teamwork and execution ability;
良好的组织协调能力，团队合作和执行力强；
4. Good problem solving skills and capable to deal with emergency cases. Strong consciousness for time management.
解决问题能力强，特别是能够应对突发事件；对时间管理也有较强的意识；
