职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
（Assign to Zhang Jiakou for 1-2 years）
1. Manage project direction & scope in the functional areas of Engine Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure organization expectations is fulfilled.
2. Ensure alignment of regional and global IT direction and business objectives during the implementation of projects.
3. Coordination with global IT team for Core function deployment in China.
4. Develop and maintain the key documents during the program development process (such as project timing plan, Dashboard, score card).
5. Identify the risk and develop the risk mitigate plan, follow the escalation process as necessary.
6. Coordinate and organize gate reviews to report the program development status to management team.
7. Collect the lesson learned from the development period, summarize the problems and find out countermeasures.
8. Planning the overall related domain portfolio together with the Business Liaison Officer (BLO) to enable upfront planning of projects.
9. Co-operate and coordinate with Global IT departments as required and maximize the collective benefits of these interactions to the Group.
10. Generally contribute to the efforts and mission of the IT department as needed.
Qualification:
Professional skill
? Profound knowledge and experience in Project Management. GE Proficy MES project is an advantage.
? Solid skills in Manufacturing and Logistics within the automotive environment.
? Technical knowledge of Engine MES system.
? At least 5 years’ work experience in Manufacture Company.
Personal skill
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Excellent communication skills in various scenarios
? Strong project management skills: time management, skill assessment, resource planning, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
? Efficient problem solver
? Good service oriented manner
