职位描述：
机械工程师在机械工程行业从事工作，保证生产设备的正常运行，稳定生产。

工作内容
1、机械设备的日常巡检工作；
2、机械设备操作 和维护保养规程的编写工作；
3、指导维修车间完成机械设备的检修工作；
4、根据需要进行有关机械设备的员工培训工作；
5、根据要求进行机械设计工作；
6、指导维修车间的机械制作工作；
7、寻找合适的外协厂家完成机械制作的外协加工任务；
8、根据生产实际要求，对需要引进的设备提出技术要求；
9、协助采购部寻找合适的设备和零部件供应商；
10、确认需要采购 的金属和非金属材料规格并提出要求；
11、确定机械易损件名称型号，并根据实际情况确定备件库存量；
12、收集机械方面的技术材料，进行必要的技术储备；
13、维修车间的机械技工技能培训工作；
14、机械设备运行数据的收集和 统计工作；
15、其他临时交办的工作 负责的设备及物料： 公司机械设备，检修及测量设备，相应的技术档案资料、图纸。
