Design Engineer 设计工程师

Design Engineer for our plant in Changzhou (China)


Your duties:

Primary Duties:

? Design of technical drawings and 3D models for components, building groups and complete products (gas springs, damper, …) based on correct dimension, feasible tolerances, material, coating, manufacturing process, environment law, and to fit application;
? 基于尺寸正确、公差可行、材料、表面处理、制造工艺、环境法规以及满足应用角度，为零件、子总成、产品设计二维图纸及三维数模；
? Execution of part and product related calculation (geometry, volume, weight, etc.), and bill of material creation;
? 执行零件、产品相关几何、体积、重量等计算，并创建物料清单；
? Start, execute and organize requested technical design changes for existing components, building groups and products following rules given by the implemented system;
? 启动、执行、组织已有零件及子总成的设计工程变更；
? Create customer specific drawing to meet their system requirements as requested by customer;
? 创建客户要求的客户格式的特定客户版本图纸；
? Execute FEM calculation for new designed parts to assure correct function. And define part design based on FEM calculation
? 执行有限元分析以保证新设计产品功能，并基于有限元分析结果开展部件设计；
? Define function and cost efficient solution for new parts to fulfill R&D project related function and requirements with the related tasks and tools;
? 使用合适的任务集及工具为研发项目定义功能及成本高效的解决方案，以满足项目功能及要求；
? Provide FMEA for new part, design together with moderator to define product risks caused by potential failure and incorrect function;
? 和组织者一起定义引起产品风险的潜在失效模式，并给出FMEA；
? Create Request for quotation (RfQ) with purchasing and supplier, check supplier qualification and part feasibility with quotation provided by supplier, define TCO with purchasing and appropriate supplier selection based part function and R&D requirements for project;
? 为项目向采购部及供应商创建报价申请，检查供应商报价及可行性分析，从功能及研发需求角度和采购部门一起选择合适的供应商；
? Start activities to approve parts for series release. Define control plan for new parts with support of quality planer, define correct measuring tools and methods used for internal and external part measuring with quality planer, order PPAP parts with all required data from supplier (PPAP documents, IMDS data, capability studies, etc.);
? 启动活动以批准并量产放行部件。会同质量计划员定义控制计划，定义正确量检具及测量方法，并预订PPAP样件，同时要求供应商提供PPAP文档，IMDS数据，过程能力分析等；
? Assure APQP and STAB.3P requirements are followed for all the steps of new part approval with correct project data preparation;
? 确保部件批准的所有数据准备的流程遵循APQP及STAB.3P的要求；
? Support activities for existing component and product optimization in view of improved function, quality, material (environment) and cost.
? 对已存在零部件及产品从功能、质量、材料环保及成本等角度进行优化。


Our requirements:

? Age 25 to 40.
? Education: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical;
? 教育背景：本科及以上学历；
? 1-3 years above of product design or research & development experience, (automobile related industry would be a plus;
? 一到三年以上产品设计或者研发相关工作经历，汽车零部件行业优先；
? Excellent English (both written and spoken), (some or a good knowledge of German would be a plus) ;
? 良好的英语读、写、听、说能力,懂德语者优先；
? Must be able to use 3D software NX(UG) independently, Know ANSYS and CATIA will be better;
? 必须能够独立使用三维设计软件NX(UG)，懂ANSYS分析工具和CATIA更佳；
? Well knowing GD&T knowledge;
? 较好掌握尺寸及形位公差知识；
? Familiar with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, IMDS will be preferred;
? 熟悉PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, IMDS优先；
? Familiar with material (metal and plastic)and process(stamping and injection);
? 熟悉金属及塑料材料，熟悉冲压和注塑工艺。
? With R&D project management experience will be preferred;
? 有研发项目管理经验优先；
? Good communication and cooperation ability
? 较好的沟通及团队协作能力。
