The Fieldwork Manager is in charge of the Fieldwork department management, composed of the Fieldwork supervisor and Fieldwork Executives.


Key Responsibilities

· As a key member of the PMR team, the FW manager helps to build a harmonious and productive relationship between the research team and fieldwork team.

· Manage and motivate Fieldwork team

· To attend internal discussions/ meetings concerning proposal preparation or project execution

· Plan and prioritize fieldwork so that all project deadlines are met

· Ensure recruitment and screening of respondents conform to agreed criteria and quotas

· Provide regular updates to research team/ project manager on status of recruitment, number of interviews completed, and highlight any issues (current or potential) to research team for early resolution

· Work with QC to ensure data quality

· Provide training to new FW executives and researchers in order they understand the role and functions of FW department, to ensure quality data and timely delivery to the research team.

· To maintain and update pool of outside FW vendors so as to ensure suitable vendors are readily available to provide FW support in cities that CSD does not conduct own interviews

Requirements

· Bachelor degree at a minimum;

· 3+ years of experience in Market Research (experience in FW and interviewing, preferably senior executives or professionals)

· Managerial skills (strong inter-personal skills to manage and motivate internal staff, and negotiation skills to handle external agencies)

· Microsoft Windows Pack Office

· Knowledge of the healthcare sector (pharmaceuticals or medical devices)

· Working knowledge of English
