The lab sales manager will lead and inspire lab sales team and be responsible for maintaining and growing business of all lab products within China.

- Lead, motivate and develop an experienced lab sales team; Reinvent the team morale to ambitious and hungry of success.
- Assign and lead lab sales team to achieve the assigned sales targets, develop distributors and budget control in specific region. Develop and execute sales/business plan like sales goal, strategy, tactics and activities to penetrate the lab market segments and capture significant market share.
- Actively work to gain and transfer market intelligence, identify new sales opportunities and new product opportunities through capturing customer requirements, collecting information on competitors' products and gathering other forms of in lab application trends etc.
- Generate and manage sales operation procedure with corresponding rules. Involve and responsible for all key projects negotiation and contract. Visiting key accounts and distributors and develop and maintain relationship with them and show others how to do so.
- Successfully manage and prioritize a long list of tasks and meetings; Initiate and lead implementation all action plans as competent commander on scene.
- Engage to formulate sales forecast, inventory plan and marketing plan of lab market.
- Coordinate and support training program for sales team and distributors in product know how and business skill.
- Work closely with local technical and marketing team as well as European product centers.
- Manage following up financial support like collecting account receivable etc.
- Regularly review, regulate and report whole pictures of lab market environment and distribution net map, goal and strategy plan, activity and team performance etc.
任职资格
- 30-35 years old.
- Above 5 years sales working experience in lab business field.
- Absolutely good knowledge of the lab application.
- Can work under pressure independently, willing to go on frequent business trips.
- Reliable, confident, rigorous, enthusiastic, open, hands-on and well-organized professional with strong business acumen.
- Strong experience to work with lab customers and distributor; familiar with distributor sales operational and logistic processes.
- Career experience in transnational company is big plus.
- Bachelor with scientific application major like in chemistry, biology etc. Master will be plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill both in English and Mandarin.
