Position: Technical Support
Job Description
Main Tasks
1. Support project team to implement the system.
2. System release process.
3. Handle data load/check/adjust related tasks.
4. Provide technical support to customers when needed.
5. Problem solving.
Mandatory skills
1. Eduction: Bachelor Degree
2. Experience: At least 1 years experience in a commercial environment as technical support;
3. Technical skills: Database operation; SQL;
4. Personal skills: Good Communication skills and team player abilities;
5. Good English speaking and writing skills
6. Proactive,initiative and strive for success.
