There are 2 key business functions with our call center：目前呼叫中心有两大核心业务：

1. Recruit and follow up around 4,000 physicians/month to participate our market research studies regularly;

电话招募及跟进大约4,000位医生参与我们的各项调研项目；

2. Extend, maintain and validate a national wide physician database with about 500,000 records.

通过电话来收集、维护及验证一个大约500,000记录的医生数据库。

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the call center manager, supervise and coordinate the activities of call center professionals in providing telephone related services and tracking operative performance.

协助、指导、协调CC Team电话访问相关工作；并跟踪小组成员日常工作表现；

2. Liaise with team members to collect the information and resolve issues.

与小组成员保持沟通，收集必要的信息并帮助解决相关问题；

3. Plan and supervise changes and summarize the daily operations of the team.

计划并指导相应的工作调整，同时做好Team日常工作总结。

4. Motivate, coach and retain staff as well as coordinate reward, bonus, and incentive schemes.

激励，培训及保留住优秀员工的同时协调制定相应的奖金规划；

5. Review each team’ performance; determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

定期评估各个团队的表现并制定相应的培训计划；

6. Co-operate with call center manager and other supervisors to achieve internal and external project targets on time 配合数据专员与其他主管按时完成内部及客户项目；
7. Other tasks assigned by call center management team 其他由部门经理分配的工作。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s + degree /大学本科及以上学历
2. Good telephone manner/良好的电话沟通习惯；
3. Good organizational, interpersonal and management skills/良好的组织/人际关系处理及管理能力；
4. Good judgment and decision-making skills/良好的判断及决策能力；
5. Ability to develop and motivate staff. /有能力发展培养及激励员工；
6. Experience in call center management and QA of call center related activities in 3 years 有三年以上在CC管理及CC的QA的相关经验；

7. Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry will be also appreciated 有基本的医药行业背景经验者优先；

8. Good written and oral English skills/良好的英语读写能力
