职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Establishes compensation structures, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation;
2. Assist to design and implement performance management system;
3. Conduct market C&B research and trend analysis, and maintain internal balance by providing guideline and counseling to ensure competitive C&B package to attract, motive and retain qualified people;
4. Responsible for the development and implementation of C&B system ;
5. Develop and implement the Foreigner Tax Planning;
6. Support on personnel cost budget proposal, monitoring, controlling and analyzing;
7. Regularly review and update C&B policies and procedures and also develop and design local compensation & benefit programs and policies to make it compliance with up-to-date government mandatory laws and regulations and in line with business strategy.
8.Add value to bonus incentive program design in driving a high performance culture and understand what drives behavior and what's not from compensation perspective.
9.Validation and alignment of job evaluation/ titling system across business to ensure equity
-Conduct pay philosophy communication & coaching to ensure a transparent and understandable to HR generalist, business leaders and the whole organization.
10. Provide C&B and Performance training to first line manager and assist each department to achieve the performance appraisal;
11. Ensure all transactional C&B matters are managed in an accurate and efficient manner
12. Other duties and special projects as assigned to support department and corporate objective
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. Master degree is preferred.
- Excellent English skills both oral and written.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll and human resource information system ability to develop, design and effectively administer such programs.
- Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills (oral and written) and be able to work well with staff at various levels in a collaborative environment. Proven track record in building and maintaining rapport at all levels of the Company to include across cultures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills; Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and results-oriented environment; handle constant change with ease and flexibility. Highly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Shared Service Center knowledge and experience is a plus
- Familiar with HK C&B market and system will be a plus.
