职位描述
Responsibility:
？ 执行物料、半成品、成品、包装物等各类主料辅料及库存产品的收料进库和发料出库工作，并及时输入ERP；
Be responsible for the receipt and shipment for all material, WIP goods, finished goods and packages etc., and maintain the data into ERP on time；
？ 合理设置物料明细账，并对发生的业务及时登记入系统并存档，确保系统信息录入的及时性；
Set stock bookkeeping regularly, enter the data into ERP and file the documents properly, ensure all maintenances are timely;
？ 定期对实物进行自盘，并协助财务对仓库货物进行盘点，确保系统信息和实物及单据的准确性；
Arrange the self-stocktaking timely, and assist finance on the stocktaking to ensure the system information is accurate and consistent with real stock and documents；
协助公司的库存计划和采购以及生产和销售对公司的库存进行分析和计划。
Assist purchasing, inventory planning, production and sales on stock analysis and planning;
？ 协助公司的物流进出口部门完成进口保税物料的监管和手册核销等相关业务。
Assist logistics and imp&exp team to monitor the bonded material and complete the bonded handbook declaration;
？ 仓库的日常管理，确保仓库、收发货区、暂存区、废弃区等清洁整齐，物料排放有序；
Manage the daily work of warehouse，ensure the warehouse and other related place to be clean and all the stocks are keeping orderly；
？ 根据要求对货物进行打包，并确保包装满足货物运输要求；
Pack the goods according to the demanding，ensure the packing is safe for delivery；
？ 执行卸货及装车工作，配合相关部门收发货物；
Load or unload the goods，assist related team to receive and put away of goods；
？ 根据公司的要求，对废弃的材料如纸箱进行及时的处理；
Handle scrap materials according to the company request;
？ 完成其他领导安排的任务；
Do other assigned works arranged by the leader.
Education background/Qualifications:
？ High school degree
？ Ability to work under pressure
？ Team player who shows both cooperation and initiative
Working experience:
？ Minimum of 5 years work experience in a fashion manufacture warehouse covering multi operation position like receiving, picking, packing, QC and etc.
？ Experience of ERP operation is preferred.
？ Experience of logistics especially for bonded material management is preferred.
Skills:
？ Can read and write English is preferred.
？ Computer skill, (Office Word and Excel) essential
？ Experience with ISO 9001 preferred
？ Experience of ERP is preferred
