职位描述：
API Integration Consultants are professionals who provide consultation services and advices to third party developers of sellers, vendors and partners who build business solutions with eBay’s public API (Application Programming Interface) in Greater China. This is a client-facing position and is for individuals who love connecting with business people as well as technical gurus. You often face e-commerce business owners who need your advices on systems integration and developers who would benefit from your technical knowledge in utilizing different API features in development projects. You will be speaking publicly about API technologies in developer conferences and seminars as well as official web site and community forum. You foster a community of developers working with eBay public API products and help drive strategy around our developer relations. In addition, you will also be a qualifying committee member to evaluate vendor solutions for our selected service provider program and monitor their quality and performance. You will work closely with account managers, product managers, engineering team in different geographic locations.

Job Duties
? Provide consultation services and API support to clients, partners, vendors and developer community in Greater China; help clients integrate their business with eBay through public API that takes their business efficiency to the next level
? Organize seminars and workshops, and promote the use of public API and third party API products to sellers of different sizes and needs
? Create knowledge transfer and training materials; develop proof of concept prototypes, demonstrations and code samples for consultation and support needs
? Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with API and backend systems, and work with different teams to resolve issues to minimize disruptions to users
? Manage and audit the quality and performance of our partnering vendors; maintain a healthy ecosystem of in-house developed API solutions, third party products from API vendors and eBay developed seller tools
? Establish good communication with clients, partners and vendors to ensure new functionalities, updates and best practice guidelines are delivered to them
? Understand clients’ difficulties and wants, and come up with enhancement suggestions or new product ideas for API products and tools

Requirements
? Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent
? 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience working with partners and developer community
? Experience in design and deployment of systems for business of different sizes; familiar with different system architectures
? Programming experience in Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Javascript as well as JSON, XML and RESTful web services
? Excellent public speaking and communication skills to both business and technical audience. Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese preferable.
? Great problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems
? Ability to manage your time well and prioritize requests to complete your tasks in a timely manner
