General Purpose:
1.The position provides professional sales ability for parts market.
~ In this position the employee should actively engage customers to understand customer applications for the Flow systems, the market segment for the customers, the Flow system utilization, the Flow system cost of operations & the customer needs.
~ The employee should be able to communicate these details to the Aftermarket Sales Manager / Director.
~ The employee should work closely with Systems Sales, AM sales & Customer Service.
~ The employee should provide timely feedback to customer’s problems & needs as well tracking the status to closure & customer satisfaction.
~ Employee should maintain customers’ loyalty
~ Implementation all parts sales plan.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
2.Selling parts and implementation of parts promotion plan
3.Coordinate with Technical Service to resolve customer technical problems
4.Coordination and processing TS/CS or customers feedback of the parts quality issue
5.Visiting customers to track important customer situation as their equipment usage and strive to maintain their loyalty
6.Visit the exception of customers, and try to find a solution
7.Provide guidance to customers how to use the parts properly
8.Make every effort to win back parts market share from alternative suppliers
9.Collect the information of alternative suppliers’ component and market competition.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
10.True sales experience and skill. Especially with parts & services (not capital high $ value equipment)
11.Experience managing data systems such as AX, SAP and Oracle.
12.Machine tool or components products background.
13.Good English speaking capabilities. Global company experience will be a plus.
14.Preferably Engineering or technical background from school or college so can understand our system & process
Equipment Used:
15.Dell (Note book) M6420 or Equivalent & a relative silence partition .
Supervisory Responsibility:
16.No Supervisory responsibility
Interface:
17.Flow internal cross function communication & external customers technical communication.
Education and/or Training:
18.Mechanical / electrical department of the University graduation or equivalent
19.The level of English: CET 4 or more
20.Familiar with the basic operation of Windows & Office
21.3 years of relevant sales experience
