职位描述：
注：工作地点在上海市闵行区七宝镇，请考虑距离因素。

1. 与客户进行交流，提供产品售前、售中、售后服务；
Communicate with customers and provide all around service from pre-sales to after-sales process.
2. 按公司流程实时订单管理，为履行产品订单提供各项支持；
Manage the real-time orders according to the company's procedure and provide various support for the implementation of the orders;
3. 做好客户咨询和客诉处理，反馈客户质量部的意见和处理结果，提供良好的售后服务；
Responsible for the customers' consultation, deal with their complaints and give them the feedback of the quality department and the processed result in order to provide good after-sale service;
4. 快速掌握公司新政策、新流程、新业务、新产品等相关知识，提供有效支持和高效服务；
Master knowledge related with the company's new policy, procedure, business and products in a short time to provide efficient support and service;
5. 与各部门保持良好的联系和沟通；
Keep in good touch with all the internal departments;
6. 及时准确提供相关数据报告；
Provide relevant exact data and reports in time;
7. 其他各项销售支持工作。

任职资格 Qualifications:

1. 大专以上学历；
College degree or above;
2. 具有热情诚恳的工作态度，客户至上的服务观念；
Work with great passion and believe in the service concept of "customer first";
3. 思维敏捷，具备工作的独立处理能力和分析解决问题的能力；
With a quick mind and capabilities of working independently and solving problems;
4. 计算机软件操作熟练，熟悉ERP系统者优先；
Skilled in computer software, familiar with ERP is preferred;
5. 数据统计分析能力；
Good ability of data statistics and analysis;
6. 有良好的沟通协调能力，提高日常工作效率；
Good communication and coordination skills for high work efficiency;
7. 具备良好的团队合作精神；
A team player with cooperation spirit;
8. 良好的心理素质，自控能力和学习能力。
