Job Title: Shanghai Office Assistant
Department: Supply Chain
Reports To: Buyer and Inspector, Shanghai Office

Summary:
This is an opportunity to join a growing and dynamic international company distributing replacement parts to the Automotive, Truck, Power Sports, Motorcycle, Tractor, and Construction markets. In this role, you will be tasked with assisting the Buyer and Inspector in their day to day duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Purchase order follow-ups.
------Works with Buyer to submit PO’s with suppliers and receiving back confirmations.
------Informs Buyer of any PO issues a supplier may have.
2. Responsible for updating promise dates in Sage to ensure their accuracy.
------New order ETA from supplier confirmations
------Open order report updates
3. BOSA orders
------Works with Buyer and Inspector to ensure accurate ship dates of samples.
4. Sample authorization
------Will work with suppliers and corporate to ensure the proper documents are received
------Ensure that samples are sent to appropriate person for approval in a timely manner.
5. Sample follow-up
------Work with corporate and suppliers on samples that are not approved to get resolution to send for Inspector’s review in a timely manner.
