The Company: Rieter, a Swiss-based international industrial company was established in 1795. Rieter is the leading supplier of integrated systems and service for manufacturing yarn from natural and man-made fibres for all applications. Now there are 27 Rieter subsidiaries all over the world. In China we have a manufacturing location in Changzhou JiangSu province and a commercial office in Shanghai. In Changzhou we have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly manufacturing. The products assembled and produced in Changzhou are being sold successfully to domestic and global markets.

In China, there are more than 1000 highly skilled employees with many kinds of specialties such as Textile Technology, Commercial, design and Manufacturing.

Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for

Trail Room Technologist _ PU Blowroom

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Cooperation closely with local R&D team for new design projects as well as oversea R&D team.

- Responsible for the technological validation of new technology parts on existing machines and prototypes in Blowroom and Carding team.

? Organizing, preparing, implementing spin-trials in trial room, or customer site.

? Analyzing the trials and interpreting the reached values in an useful technological manner.

? Providing English trial reports, including findings, root cause analysis, problem solving process and improving suggestions.

- Daily maintenance of machines in trial room.

- Trial room management, includes warehouse, tools and prototypes in testing.

Qualification:

The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

- Bachelor or above in Textile Technology.

- 2-3 years working experience in spinning mill.

- Solid knowledge in machine and spinning mill production process as well as textile machine operating and problem solving.

- Related working experience on Blowroom & Carding is preferable.

- Good English skill in written and spoken

- Good technical (textile technology and mechanics) understanding

- Creative thinking

- Good presentation skills

- Good documentation skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Independent working ability

- Open mind and positive attitude

- Pressure management

- Good team player
