We are continuing building up our Incubation Services, therefore we need you to join us on an inspirational and fun journey to create a better life for the many. We are supporting the delivery and trial of fast and innovative solution utilizing different types of technology in different areas.
As Innovation Coordinator, your job is a rewarding role where you will successfully coordinate and manage new ideas, suggestions, innovation opportunities and projects within the team to support IKEA growing into the new digitalization era.
About the assignment
As Innovation Coordinator you report to the Innovation Leader, IKEA IT. You will:
? Be an important part in building IKEA for the future by supporting the incubation of future IT solutions
? Develop our ways of working, both internally and together with other parts of IKEA
? Be a speaking partner for the organisation in different assignments
? Lead and manage assignments, sprints and educations within the Innovation domain
You support in developing the business and deliver results, seeing the big picture as well as the details – both today and tomorrow. You will be expected to act as an IKEA ambassador for Incubation Services Team.
To be successful in the role we believe that you have:
? Process creation and/or project management experience
? Communication skills, both in writing and for presentation/educational purposes
? Ability to work on multiple tasks and initiatives at the same time
? Being creative, yet structured and analytical
The position is a full time employment, located in Shanghai.
