职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:

1. Meet and exceed the school’s target enrolment.

2. Oversee/supervise Admissions staff.

3.Work closely with direct supervisor(s) on day-to-day aspects of the running of the Admissions office.

4.Organize and maintain meetings amongst the Admissions Officers, and between them and the school staff as needed (e.g. office, accounts, supporting divisions).

5.Conduct tours, oversee the arrangements and running of small group tours, with visiting parents to introduce the school’s philosophy, curricula and programs.

6.Answer phone and email enquiries regarding admission to school, keeping accurate updated records to track and follow up with these enquiries.

7.Assist parents through the application process.

8.Ensure consistent utilization of the GMIS system and reports, local data collection and management (shared drives, handbook, etc.) to ensure the accurate recording of data and useful trend analysis.

9. Attend and/or present at various outside events where required. Support pre-event, event and post-event preparations for school activities related to admissions including events being held after school hours, evening and weekends.

10. Coordinate with the academic and other school staff in compliance with the general polices and requirements of the schools.

11.Organize the arrangements for Information Sessions and / or present to parents at internal events such as group information sessions for prospective parents.

12.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the school and its uniqueness in the market.

13. Data Management

1)Ensure all student enquiry and enrollment data is updated in school system.

2)Produce reports and statistics on student enquiries & enrollment based on management requirements.

14.Promotional Events

Supporting various information sessions, open days, orientation events and education fairs with Marketing Department, whether on / off campus.

                                                                                          

Requirements and Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent qualifications.

2.At least 6 years related experience in admissions/sales, customer service, marketing, public relations, education/training or related fields;

3.At least 2 years of experience operating in a supervisory/management role.

4. Excellent command of spoken and written English.

5.Personality – responsible, outgoing, happy, enthusiastic, positive, confident.

6.Be responsible for work; be patient, kind and good at cooperation.

7.Agree with Yew Wah’s missions and philosophy and practice them through hard work.
