JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Daily import and export documentation processing and filing
日常进出口单证准备和归档
2.Raise daily duty payment application. Collect and achieve the return tax bill
日常进口付税系统操作，税单跟踪和核对归档
3.Prepare customs related document, Customs document screen and filing.
协助准备报关资料，报关相关文件核对和审核
4.Collect and check the bill from Logistics providers and raise payment application.
物流供应商帐单接受，核对和整理
5.Be involved in the import & export related project.
参与并配合其它进出口相关项目
6.Other import and export related tasks assigned by supervisor.
其它上级主管分配的任务

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.College education background
大专以上学历
2.Industrious with work, and a sense of teamwork.
良好的责任心和团队协作精神
3.With good coordination skills and chariness.
良好的协调能力， 认真细心
4.Be good multitask player and cross functional communicator.
了解并适应多任务同时进行，擅长跨部门沟通
5.Be familiar with office software and computer operation.
熟悉办公软件和硬件操作
6.Good knowledge and experience on Imp/Exp or Customs processing is a plus
具备进出口或者报关相关经验优先
