职位描述：
Main Responsibility主要职责
- Supervision and design on big projects in the designated area.
- 管理和设计指定辖区的大项目；
- Technical communication with clients
- 与客户进行技术沟通和交流；
- Pre-sales and after sales technical support both internally and externally
- 向公司内部和相关第三方提供售前和售后的技术支持；
- Provide onsite and centralized technical training to colleagues, customers and sub contractors
- 向公司内部、客户和安装商提供技术培训；
- Assist to manage the application team, to assign work to underling staff with
   proper records.
- 协助管理应用技术团队，给下属员工分配工作任务，并进行恰当记录；
- To evaluate the work performance of underling staff with proper records.
- 对下属员工的工作表现进行评估，并进行恰当记录；
- To ensure underling staff always understand and follow the company regulations, workflows, work instructions, related forms and the updated information of the documents as well.
- 确保下属员工充分理解并严格遵守公司规章制度，工作流程，工作指导，相关表格，及更新条款和信息；
- To ensure underling staff be trained sufficiently to fullfill their duty.
- 确保下属员工已接受与其工作职责相称的培训；
- To transfer and implement the orders and instructions from Manager Level.
- 传递来自公司管理层的指令和要求，并确保管理层的指令和要求得到贯彻实施；
- To report to Application manager for daily work, to report to General Manager whenever necessary.
- 向区应用技术经理日常工作，必要时向总经理汇报；
- To ensure an efficient and effective communication not only with Manager Level but also with underling staff.
- 确保与公司管理层之间的交流，以及与下属员工的交流充分且高效；
- To assist new staff recruitment
- 协助招聘新员工；
- To pre-check the administrative issues of the underling staff（if necessary）, like reimbursement, travelling report, leave application and so on.
- 必要时审核下属员工的行政事项，比如日常报销，出差报告，休假申请等等；
- To build up team-spirit in the designated area, to educate, encourage and incent underling staff properly.
- 建设所在办事处的团队合作精神，对下属员工进行必要教育、鼓励、激励。

Position Requirement
职位要求
- Bachelor degree or above, 3+ year in electrical/ mechanical design/application
- 学士学位或以上, 3年以上电气/机械设计/技术应用经验
- Fluent communication in Chinese and English
- 熟练的中英文沟通能力
- Good at AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- 熟练使用AutoCAD和Microsoft Office
- 2+ year experience at project design
- 2年以上项目设计经验
- Willing to travel frequently
