KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
· Promote PROGRAM/PROJECT to potential students
· Ensure PROGRAM/PROJECT is the qualification of choice for students.
· Engage careers services of universities, FE colleges and schools to raise PROGRAM/PROJECT’s profile and establish PROGRAM/PROJECT as the qualification of choice.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
· To work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager on all business development activities including follow up activities with employers for the region of East China.
· To identify and develop relationships with potential employer and university partners with the objectives to create the awareness of PROGRAM/PROJECT and identify viable business opportunities which eventually lead to brand recognition; increased demand; and ultimately generate revenue for PROGRAM/PROJECT.
· To strengthen and manage existing employer and university partner relationships through regular engagements and corporate visits in order to identify and develop further business opportunities of all PROGRAM/PROJECT products and services.
· To pitch to potential employers (including CEOs, CFOs, HR directors and Finance Controllers), through understanding of their key business issues and how PROGRAM/PROJECT will add value to their organisation, with the aim of recruiting students and growing members.
· To build relationships with major accounts, as identified in conjunction with the China business development plans.
· To network potential customers and work with them to research customer requirements, with the aim of recruiting students and growing members.
· Establish detailed annual key account plans.
To organise or support events targeted at employers and universities, plan and organise suitable networking events for aimed at enhancing strong relationships and PROGRAM/PROJECT brand identification to employers, members and public at large.

KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:
  ● Consultative selling
  ● High level of Initiative – a strong self-starter
  ● High work ethic & target oriented
  ● Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese
  ● Ability to work remotely and under remote management when applicable
  ● Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  ● Minimum 5 years working experiences in B2B account management, developing senior customer relationships and financial performance.
  ● Minimum degree in Marketing / accounting / Business / Finance
  ● Excellent command of English and Mandarin
  ● A degree or qualification in Accounting is preferred.
