Job Description:
Order Acknowledgment
Regular review material offering availability.
Release reasonable order complete date based on customer request date, material availability and line capacity.
Production planning
Daily production plan arrangement to meet shipment requirement
Daily MO close status follow up
Daily follow up the material status, reschedule production plan timely to meet OTD target
OTD Improvement
Weekly capacity and load analysis, balance the production schedule in advance to avoid capacity confliction
Analyze the delay cases, find out the root cause for improvement
Work with production supervisor to ensure MO lead time
Work with buyer and material planner to improve OTD, cost and production efficiency
Other tasks assigned by superior


Requirement:
Above University degree with minimum 5 years relative working experience in a
foreign investment manufacturing company.
Good knowledge and experience in production planning.
Good command of English and Microsoft Office skills, experience of ERP system is
necessary
Open-minded. Be good at coordinate task in different functional department
Have good communication skills and team cooperation ability
