Company Description

The Electrical Drives Division of Robert Bosch LLC provides an array of mechatronic drives (intelligent motors and actuators) for automotive applications including: window lift, sunroof, windshield wiper,
engine cooling fans, HVAC blowers, and various under-hood actuation functions. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to assist in application support of electronic control units and to lead our problem solving activities for quality / warranty returns. This position will be part of an extended global team. Candidate will interact with engineering and manufacturing team members in the Americas, Europe, and
Asia. Candidate must be able to travel. Periodic visits to domestic customer locations will be required. Travel to Europe to attend training sessions may be required.

Job Description

1. Develop technical information
   and illustration for:

   - Workshop Manual

   - Owner’s
   Manual

   - Wiring Diagram

   - Diagnostic Procedure

   - Parts Catalogue

   - Labor time

2. Communicate with
   other branches in different countries (mainly US, Australia, EU) on
   inter-company technical service information business.

3. Communicate
   with customer to setup technical information authoring guide.

4. Consult with
   subject matter experts to gather product specific information.

5. Develop
   technical illustrations from the client supplied engineering source information
   or marked up
   photographs/illustrations and guide
   illustrators on the illustration work.

6. Review to check
   and correct the technical information and illustration.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

1. At least 3 years working
   experience as technician in automotive service station.

2. Familiar with automotive technical information, such as
   workshop manual, wiring diagram, etc.

3. Experience on the automotive technical information
   development is preferred.
