职位描述：
Job Purpose:
To provide the role with the opportunities to experience the HR functions at Twinings through the challenging assignments, foster the role with overall higher potential capabilities in different HR modules and can take the challenge role or tasks in the long run.

Job Responsibility:
1. Support the interview and selection process, pre-screen and evaluate candidates by conducting effective screening, interview, hiring process and on-boarding procedure.
2. Support training needs analysis and training plan set up, monitor the training implementation & follow-up, and ensure the higher completion of plan execution;
3. Involve in employee communication program implementation and follow up to help improve communication effectiveness, such as employee communication, insight survey etc.
4. Providing assistance on some HR projects;
5. Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

We will provide you the opportunities to develop your HR professionalism and comprehensive capabilities in different HR modules, and is committed to accelerate development of entry-level talent toward a capable and mature HR professional.

Education / Experience:
- Bachelor degree and above, master degree is preferred, majored in Human Resource management and related.
- 0-2 years human resource working experience

Special Knowledge & Skills
- Sharp & Smart, Good communication & interpersonal skill,
- Excellent English both oral and written;
- Computer skill including MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word etc.
- Strong coordinating and organizing capability, good teamwork and execution ability;
- Good problem solving skills and capable to deal with emergency cases. Strong consciousness for time management.
- High sense of responsibility, diligent, hard-working;
- Demonstrated potential leadership capability;
