岗位职责：
1、负责招聘信息发布、简历筛选、组织面试、招聘渠道管理等招聘工作；
2、定期为公司提供招聘数据分析，评估招聘效果；
3、负责员工入、离职等手续办理，管理员工档案；
4、协助部门经理完成每月制定的招聘计划，并拓展招聘渠道；
1、大专以上学历，具有1年以上招聘工作经验；
2、熟悉人力相关法律法规；
3、熟练使用办公软件并具备较强的数据分析能力；
4、优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力，良好的团队合作意识； 举报 分享
