职位描述：
Be familiar with working flow of manufacture industry, especially sales and service section in Order Processing module. Be able to effectively manage and control all kinds of problems in order processing. Good knowledge of operating methods and working process in machinery industry. Effective communication skills across departments. Deeply understand the importance of integrating ERP into work in advanced manufacturing industry.
Responsible for sales and service order processing based on iScala. Including:
 Create and maintain customer/supplier data base;
 Create and maintain sales & service orders;
Create and maintain the sales activities, inquiries and quotations.
Interface with Business Unit to exchange information with Supply Chain.
Coordinate with planning department, follow up production information.
Coordinate with finance and controlling department, regarding cost controlling, forecast plan, account receivable, handling of special projects, etc.

Order Management:
Check order status and cost of R & D projects;
Check division, distribution channel & product line consistent with original order for warranty orders;
Check completion and accuracy of all characteristics of SO;
Check whether new projects maintained forecast plan;
Check open orders without value, but has cost;
Check open items for closed orders;
Check plan billing dates and rescheduled delivery dates fall in the past, update；

熟悉制造业工作流程，尤其是了解销售订单/售后订单处理。能够处置关于订单的各种问题。熟悉制造企业的营运模式和工作流程。能够跨部门沟通，深入理解ERP系统对制造企业的重要性。
负责销售和售后服务订单输入iScala系统，包括：
维护客户和供应商数据库；
创建和维护销售和售后服务订单；
创建和维护销售询价、报价等活动；
作为供应链和商务部门的接口，进行信息交互；
和计划保持合作，跟踪生产信息；
和财务保持合作，协助成本控制、销售预测等；
订单管理：
检查订单状态和成本，为新研发项目协助报价；
检查Warranty Order与销售渠道、产品线保持吻合；
检查所有SO的完成状态和准确性；
检查新项目进度是否与预测计划吻合；
检查销售零金额、但是有成本的订单；
检查已经关闭的订单里面是否还有未交付的物料；
检查交付日期，如果已经过期，重新调整订单交付日期；

职位要求：
1． 理解商务合同的基本要项，包括价格条款、付款条款、物流运输条款等；
2． 具备基础国际贸易知识，了解国际贸易术语；
3． 具备基础国际物流、国际结算知识；
4． 较强沟通能力，能够和销售团队紧密合作；
