Handle all the administration work of Finance

Processe supplier’s invoice for payment

处理供应商的发票支付

Processe expense claim by staff

处理员工的报销

Support CFC in Company Secretarial function
支持财务总监负责公司秘书事务
Any other tasks assigned by management
负责管理层安排的其他任务

Requirements:

College or above

大专及以上

At least 2 years relevant experience in executive capacity
最少2年相关工作经验

Good working knowledge of Finance
丰富的财务知识
Motivated, proactive and with proven accountability

Meticulous, detailed, and well-organised
细致，组织有序
Possesses good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Good command of English
