Software Leading Engineer – Service Virtualization

Job Description
- HPE Service Virtualization by HP Enterprise Software ADM Unit is an application and data simulation software that enables development and testing team to simulate a service behavior without impacting delivery regardless of access to product system.
- We’re building a strong R&D team at Shanghai site which will be responsible for CFRD (Customer Facing R&D) tasks as well as evolving the product functionality and roadmap.
- The candidate should work with cross-functional team to successfully deliver on system design and development for the needed business requirement, and develop the prototype with the most appropriate framework and technologies.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching associates in various aspects including technology and adoption of technology. Run agile meeting to monitor the development progress and track escalation status.
- Works closely with worldwide presales teams, account managers and customers to support HPE Service Virtualization, meanwhile with support team to handle existing customer requirements.
- Able to present the product and deliver product trainings in front of global presales team, support team and customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above of computer science or equivalent major.
- More than 6 years’ .NET project experience, with deep understanding of C# and .Net framework, solid skills of Winform/WPF, WCF, Web services and so on.
- Demonstrated experience in OOAD using established methodologies and notations such as UML and design patterns to create high and detailed level architecture and design.
- At least 2 years’ project management experience, familiar with Agile/Scrum and related tools, familiar with requirement/defect tracking systems.
- JAVA/OOA programming skills is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills, business sense, customer-oriented.
- Good English speaking and written skills, good at cross-site collaboration.
