Key Responsibilities: 主要工作职责
? Assist Director in all aspects of running their office 帮助巡演后勤部总监在工作中处理各种问题
? Coordinate information with clients 与客户协调信息
? Manage calendar and schedule meetings 管理日历和日程安排会议
? Submission of Visa applications to MOC for tours 上交签证申请资料给文化部审批巡演
? Coordinate Visa Information 协调签证信息
? Draft and answer emails 起草并回复邮件
? Correspond with artists, clients & managers 在艺人，艺人经纪人和客户之间沟通，协调
? Multi-task, manage time efficiently, and shift priorities quickly 身兼多职，有效的管理时间，快速按照工作主次完成任务
