职位描述：
To support series of transmission filter (suction & pressure) projects, prepare the design proposal and solve the issues during production. To arrange, coordinate and manage the work of the Product Engineers of Sofima Shanghai in collaboration with the Product Design manager
工作职责：
1. To design and develop automotive transmission filter (suction & pressure), prepare design proposal, BOM, DV plan and quotation materials ,
2. APQP engineering support, technical communication with customer and supplier, in collaboration with PM, ensure that our customers are satisfied with our technical proposals and work execution time.
3. To arrange, coordinate and manage the work of the Product Engineers of Sofima Shanghai in collaboration with the Product Design manager; to support the Product Design manager to communicate with Chinese staff; to solve the workload conflicts and arrange adequate resources for the execution of the jobs.
4. In collaboration with the Product Design manager, support and coach the Design Engineers:
i. To select the proper manufacturing technology for the layout and functional design provided by our Advanced Engineering Team;
ii. To arrange and put in practice all the necessary means in order to ensure that the design is robust, including effective and proactive FTA/FMEA work according to the automotive industry standards, FE calculations including structure/thermal/and fluids, validation plans, etc… using external service providers or HQ support if necessary;
iii. To ensure that the chosen design can be produced by our plant and our suppliers; to define the proper production strategy together with Industry Team; to find alternative solutions in order to guarantee the same quality requirements at lower cost;
iv. To verify that the drawings are formally correct and consistent; to ensure that all the modifications to drawings and specifications are compatible with the layout and functional specifications agreed with the Advanced Engineering and with the customer;
v. To select the correct technical standards and norms and to promote correct usage;
vi. To collaborate at all project stages with Industry Team, Quality Department, Purchasing Department, Production Department in order to assure that the product design is agreed and shared with all the people in charge; to help to make “difficult things” become “feasible things”.
5. To create a fair and pleasurable working environment for the Design Engineers and help to solve conflicts; to be positive and proactive with problems resolution; to promote and put in practice the “CAN DO” mentality and attitude.
6. To take all the necessary means in order to guarantee quick and effective support to the Product Design Engineers and other departments during crisis and contingency problems in order to avoid production stops, customer dissatisfaction, money loss and reputation loss; to ensure “just-in-time” service in order to solve NC cases.
7. To report to the Product Design manager and to the Technical Director periodically concerning the work done, problems, workload, conflicts, etc.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor or master degree in engineering background
2.6+ Years relevant job experience, rich experience in transmission filter design (Suction &Pressure).
3.Knowledge and experience in automotive transmission filter design and DV test.
4.Knowledge for automotive transmission hydraulic system (DSG/DCT /CVT etc.).
5. Knowledge and experience in customer and supplier management
6. Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
7. Organizing ability
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
9. Good leadership and management skills
10. Analytic and logical way of thinking
