Responsibilities:
?nbsp;Work in Management of our Final Assembled and Tested Product (FATP) & Incoming Quality Control (IQC) operations:
?nbsp;Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify leading and lagging indicators of quality issues.
?nbsp;Develop and deploy relevant tools and templates across the organization as needed.
Requirements:
?nbsp;Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
?nbsp;Able to use Minitab to perform data analysis and make sound decisions from these analyses.
?nbsp;Understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools such as Failure Mode & Effects Analysis,
?nbsp;Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings & circuit diagrams is a big plus.
?nbsp;Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin;
?nbsp;Self-motivated and is able to manage multiple work streams
?nbsp;Willing to travel frequently
