职位描述
As a Supplier Quality Manager in the Product Operations Quality Organization, the successful candidate will be expected to work with Factory Material Quality Managers, Manufacturing and Commodity Managers in monitoring and management of Supplier with emphasis on Quality of Material Parts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive suppliers to solve quality issues.
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly data from supplier and compiling data from factory.
- Should be able to tie up quality issues, with concrete actions at Supplier site.
- Understand supplier corrective actions and be able to describe their experience relative to those processes.
- Support for the supplier quality audits and validate the Approved Vendor List matches the approved suppliers.
Requirements:
- Able to read and interpret engineering documents.
- Communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Passionate about learning new technologies
- Willing to understand supplier manufacturing process in details
- Good logic on a problem solving process.
- Major in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic & Information Engineering, Automation, Acoustics or other related field. Bachelor degree required, Master & PhD degrees are preferable.
