The Process Development Engineer is responsible for development, qualification and validation of final assembly and test processes to support digital products in Mass Production.
Responsibilities:
?nbsp;Participation in product design & productivity planning
?nbsp;Direction and Oversight of Process Qualification, Approval and Documentation
?nbsp;Quality improvements in production and field performance.
?nbsp;Process and yield improvements
?nbsp;Productivity improvement (Efficiency)
Requirements:
?nbsp;BS or MS Preferred in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or other related field.
?nbsp;Quick learner and strong sense of team work.
?nbsp;Self-starter with minimal supervision.
?nbsp;Strong sense of responsibility, excellent in follow-up, self-critical and work smart.
?nbsp;Knowledgeable in the following fields is an advantage:
- Mechanical design / assembly
- Manufacturing process and industrial engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, data analysis and statistics.
?nbsp;Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferably in English
?nbsp;Willing to travel.
