职位描述：
Working within the Body Assembly Project team, this role is responsible for the delivery and managing of engineering solutions within body assembly. This role will interface directly with other business functions to gain the necessary input for the required solutions and ensure compliance to internal and customer requirements. The role will encompass project management ensuring the delivery gateway process is implemented and adhered to and appropriate project management tools are used with project status clearly communicated.
To effectively manage, drive and control single or multiple projects to both the customer and Company’s expectations, meeting all goals of timing, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
To assist/support individual project managers deliver the objectives for new projects’ by use of best practice project management techniques.
 
Conduct all engineering work in line with company management procedure

Working in accordance with specified policies and procedures in a competent manner.

Managing projects in line with planned arrangements.

The identification, prioritization and execution of activities and or corrective actions, to satisfy its business & operating objectives.

Engineering data, Studies and Statistics.
Using Analysis tools including but not limited to:
？ Pareto Analysis
？ APQP
？ Cycle time Analysis
？ Lean trouble shooting etc.

To pro-actively seek opportunities to save cost in all areas of the business.

Support customer meetings and visits when required…….. Attend regular project meetings with the project team as appropriate

To work closely where necessary with other functions to deliver projects

To clearly communicate actions and progress of engineering tasks in hand. Report project summary including preparation of phase exit documentation and project report summaries

Ensuring that at all times there is absolute adherence, to company Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety requirements / policies.

Ensure that all Projects are managed in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures
Support Project Managers in documentation control, reports and maintaining budgets for associated projects

Maintain an overview of timing across project, liaising with suppliers and internal resources to ensure good visibility of project status
？ Provide input to the design review process and project plan;
？ Complete project deliverables to agreed time, cost and quality standards.
？ Identify and design fixtures jigs, tooling and test equipment to support production for the release of new products;
？ Ensuring new or modified items are fit for purpose through appropriate testing.
