职位描述：
1. Sales order operation for key customers
-Receiving the sales order from customers, making acknowledgement and implementing contact review process before sending the order confirmation.
- Loading the SO into ERP timely and accurately. Monitoring on time delivery for each SO as promised. Proactively manage backlog and communicate with customers on status of delivery, to minimize the premium costs.
-Handle urgent orders in proper way, to satisfying customers without sacrificing the benefits of company.
2. Forecast Management for key customers
-Generate monthly forecast by analyzing the forecast from customers and incorporate sales' inputs into the forecast.
-Provide the forecast to planner on Time. Monitor the actual demand, quick response with outstanding change and work closely with supply planner for plan reconciliation
-Optimize forecast process to drive inventory reduction and cost saving.
3. New project/customer launch and EOP management.
-For new project/customer launch, Work with project team to complete logistic solution, order/forecast rule, document standard, customer system and other customers' requirements.
-For EOP products, work with planning team, to control the stock of finished products and raw materials.
4. Shipment follow up
-Work with delivery team, to ensure on time delivery for customer's demand and communicate the delivery status with customers.
-Inform delivery team to feed the stock on time by monitoring the stock in 3PL warehouse.
-Give the instruction of special transportation to delivery team if there is any.
-Shipment Reconciliation with customers
5. Billing management
-Timely submit the invoice application to finance dept on receipt of POD or on receipt of invoice issuance notification. Make sure customers to receive the invoices on time.
- Make sure there is no abnormal invoice parts.
6. Customer relationship management.
-Keep proactive communication with customers, to present a professional image of the company
-Handle customer special requirements in proper way, to improve customer satisfaction.
-Regular visit to customers, build reliable relationship with customers.
7. Reporting
-Weekly flash report, which includes backlog & orderbook of starting month, shipment, expected closure, as well as forecast for the next two months.
-Weekly billing report, to ensure on time billing and eliminate abnormal un-invoiced parts.
- Monthly sales accrual report.


岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历
Above high middle school
2. 5年以上物流、计划相关工作经验，有过丰富的客户计划，客户跟单工作经验
At least 5 years working experience of logistics & supply chain, have rich experience in customer planning, customer service
3. 熟悉ERP或者其他相关系统操作
Familiar with ERP or other relevant system
4. 良好的沟通及表达能力
Good communication skills
5. 良好的英文听说读写能力
