职位描述：
岗位职责:

1、独立完成客户委托调研项目，含问卷调查、深度访谈、焦点座谈会等，数据收集、数据挖掘分析、报告撰写和陈述等；

2、及时收集客户的反馈和意见，定期了解客户的动态及其在市场研究方面的进一步需求，适时发展新的业务；


3、组织实施公司业务涉及城市、区域的市场环境、行业状况、竞争对手、竞争产品、消费及商家等信息调研；

4、分析客户的产品需求，协助市场部进行有针对性的营销业务；

5、负责项目内部培训、项目执行过程的监控 ；
对公司研究方法的改善和发展提出建议，根据项目需要开发新的研究模型和方法。


6、精于问卷设计、消费者研究、SPSS统计分析，在数理统计分析方面具有专长，具有定量调查研究优势，熟练掌握定性、定量研究技术与方法；


7、负责公司内部各配合部门之间的协调与项目组资源的分配、服从上级领导的工作安排

8、具有定量思维能力，能够在理解研究目的的基础上灵活地进行数据转化；




任职资格:

1、25-40岁，本科及以上学历，统计学、数量经济学、计量经济学、经济学、社会学等背景专业优先；

2、调研或者咨询公司三年及以上工作经验或从行业市场研究分析及用户研究相关经验；

3、熟悉各类调研分析的方法，具有一定的调研需求分析能力，能够独立完成需求分析工作；

4、具备良好的沟通能力，独立解决问题的能力；良好逻辑性的表达与书写能力，条理性强，具备较强的学习能力；


5、团队意识较强，能吃苦耐劳，具有敬业精神、具备良好的理解能力及执行力； 举报 分享
