Job Responsibilities:
- Know basic technology of garment
- Sample evaluation against specification
- Ensure the product meet the customers requirements at measurement, fitting, craftwork, fabric , construction and accessories
- Give detailed and reasonable comments for supplier reference when problem occurred
- Provide detailed comments for buyer review and approval
- Provide advice of technician aspect on quality, size, fitting, labeling, etc
- Provide technical advice and support to suppliers, merchandiser and customers
- Communication with buyers and suppliers to handle the quality issues
- Pre review Design Tech Pack call out risk point and alert to MR
- Problem solving _ direct and clear reply to the enquire party
- Need compare and check with the latest Approval / Original / Reference Sample
- Study buyer comments if any query should be work with suppliers to confirm buyer workable or suggest solution to buyer and suppliers
- Call out the important issue will effect price, delivery, production lead-time. .etc in sample statue.
- Clear explain of comment and solution to buyers and suppliers if necessary
adding photo to ensure all parties clear and understand.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8-years related experience in garment / sweater production
- Knowledge of garment production flow, paper pattern, grading, sewing contractions
- Familiar with garment technology, able to analysis and correct all kinds of the garment problems
- Good team player, strong communication skills
- Good command in written English
- Basic skill of computer operation (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Good sense of technical knowledge
