Be part of a team that drives the development of new products and services to help the global investment community better understand the China market environment and make informed business and investment decisions.
Have the benefit of both formal and informal training sessions to learn about China’s financial markets, sectors, and research/analysis processes from industry professionals.
Responsibilities
- Work under supervision of analysts and content producers to source, aggregate and curate important developments in the China market and various sectors
- Learn how to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on selected market developments, company announcements, and industry trends and begin to use them to conduct new analysis
- Develop online campaigns and marketing material (in both Chinese and English)
- General Excel, PowerPoint, Word tasks and translation work (Chinese to English)
Working Duration and Remuneration
Normally, it’s a three-month internship. The working hours are 9:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday.
Each intern is offered RMB 40.00 per day as well as a term life and accidental insurance.
Post Internship
At the end of internship, our supervisors will evaluate interns’ performance objectively and comprehensively. According to line manager’s evaluation, other colleagues’ feedback and our recruitment needs, interns have opportunities to join us as full-time employees.
However, please note that the full-time position is not 100% guaranteed, as it highly depends on the individual’s capabilities and performance, as well as the current hiring needs of the firm.
