Social Compliance Officer
Major Responsibilities:
Work with internal and external stakeholders on continuous improvement of conditions in contract factories Recommend corrective actions to meet legal and Company's requirements against non-compliance raised in 3rd party or internal audit report.
Assist and monitor the implementation corrective actions in the factories Report audit and follow up findings in a timely manner.
· Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience on factory improvement follow up or SC auditing· Good communication skill, at ease with senior management in factory· Good understanding of relevant local government legislations and policies.· Good English language skills both oral and written.
· Good computer skills.
· Self-motivated, attention to detail.
· Frequent travel is required
