职位描述
Function : Switchboard
Role Description :
The Switchboard Operator provides switchboard support to the Shanghai Center(SC) employees and also external customers. This individual is responsible for handling all general incoming calls according to company policy. This individual must understand, in a very short time frame, where the caller needs to be transferred. Efficiently transfer calls to SC employees and suggest the right contact method outside of Shanghai. This individual will be proficient to transfer calls to company personnel and in the use of the spreadsheet. Transferred calls to Customer Information Group (CIG) if customer needs to purchase products and do not know the sales contact.

? Listening Skills
* Demonstrates strong listening skills(Both English and Chinese) that enable the agent to quickly assess the best location/person for the call transfer
? Customer Service
* Professional, positive greeting (with a smile in the voice). Follows designated work processes. Utilizes and understands the to the appropriate person or CIG
? Phone Skills
* Uses the company phone system to correctly transfer calls. Uses a professional greeting and closing with each call.
? Basic Computer Skills * Basic level software skills (MS Word - create, edit, save, print)
? Teamwork * Works with team members to manage workload. Available to cover other shifts. Completes assignments beyond call processing from other team members such as copying, collating, and filing
? Adhere to all operations and human resources policies and procedures * Attends all compulsory training for work process, self development, safety, and company required.
Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience in Yrs
6 months + in Customer Service preferred
Other Qualifications / Requirements
Experience using computers and multiple phone line systems
