职位描述

一、体制建设 System Construction

1、不断改善和优化生产系统质量控制体系，实现全面质量管理

Keep improving and optimizing production quality control system, and realize the comprehensive quality control.

[1] 合理配置督导员，实现定岗、定责管理；

Allocate the wardens appropriately; determine their respective post and responsibility.

[2] 实现对关键岗位员工的有效管理；

To achieve the effective management of a key position employee;

[3] 自检、互检、抽检规则制定并实施，实现生产全过程的有效监管；

Make the rules for self-inspection, exchange inspection and sample inspection; realize the effective supervision of the whole production process by executing these rules.

[4] 建立一体化质量管控体系，涵盖原材料检验、过程管控、出厂检验等全过程；确保生产中使用的原材料都是合格的，定期定量进行抽检。

Build an integrated quality control system which covering raw material inspection, process controlling and delivery inspection. Make sure the raw material used in production is qualified by random inspection regularly.

[5] 建立质量考核体系，实现员工、组长、领班、总领班的联动考核机制，实现全员参与；

Set up quality assessment system, which link employees, group leader, foreman and chief foreman together to realize the full participation;

[6] 建立数字化监控体制。

Build the digital monitoring system.

二、制程控制 Process Quality Control

1、生产过程管控 Production Process Controlling

[1] 实现对关键岗位、关键工序人员的有效管控；

To realize the effective control of key position, key process personnel;

[2] 现场各车间、各工序间监控项目、方法、频度规范化、制度化，并形成记录；

Monitor the project, method, frequency and process in the workshop and take record of them to make them standardized and institutionalized.

[3] 确保产品的可追溯性，责任落实到人；

Ensure that the products can be traced to the person in charge.

[4] 协同生产部，加强夜班的管控；

Collaborate with Production Dept. to strengthen the control on night shift;

[5] 各工序不良品全数解析，明确原因、制定对策，并责任落实到人；

Analyze the defective product by checking each process and define the cause to solve the problem and clarify the responsibility.

[6] 禁止缺陷产、成品转序。

Forbid to transfer the defective or finished product.

2、成品检验 Finished Product Inspection

[1] 开箱检查实施；

Inspection by unpacking the cases

[2] 实验室电池性能检测结果跟踪，并据此与相关部门制定整改措施；

Track laboratory battery performance testing results, and make rectification measures with related

department.

[3] ODM电池检测管控。

4、T-Process 管控 T-Process Controlling

配合重要变更的实施，做好相关跟踪、确认工作。

Cooperate with key process change, track and confirm the related work.

[1] 新产品开发；Development of new product

[2] 关键流程变更；Change in key process procedure

[3] 关键材料变更。Change in key material.


Qualification:

--- 理工类专业本科以上学历或其它相当的学历；

Major in management of science and engineering, above or equal to Bachelor degree.

--- 具备八年以上在生产主导型企业从事质量控制的实际工作经验，蓄电池行业优先考虑；

More than 8 working years in Quality Control in manufacturing enterprises，battery field is preferred.

--- 具备较强的组织和协调能力以及协作的意向；

Has strong ability of organizing, coordinating and collaboration.

--- 具备必要的产品专业知识和管理知识；

Own the necessary professional product knowledge and management skills

--- 具有用计算机进行数据分析处理并撰写报告的能力。

Has the ability to analyze the data by computer and draft the report.
