JD of Treasury Specialist (Cashier)

- Operate global bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliation report.
- Monitor global bank account balance and transfer fund timely.
- Work with accounting/tax on FX transaction. Assist in implementing best practice on trade & non-trade FX payment, receipt, and required documents needed in SAFE
- Prepare weekly cash position report and monthly cash forecast.
- Assist in the development of treasury standard operating procedure to ensure funds security.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance.
- 2 or more years of experiences in treasury operation, cash management, bank account management in MNC.
- Strong knowledge in regulation on banking transaction.
- Solid understanding of China foreign exchange policies and regulations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and self motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
