主要工作职责包括：

- 高效的组织和安排人员关怀中心团队的各项工作（包括前台服务，访客接待，新员工入职安排，同其它 团队沟通及需求征询， 以及公司日常运作支持的管理）
- 为人员关怀团队中的年轻员工树立榜样形象
- 能对团队日常事务和运作身体力行
- 带领和管理一支具有专业服务意识的团队，并能将良好的服务理念发展融合进公司文化
- 与公司员工，供应商，客户及其他商业伙伴都能建立和维护良好积极的关系，从而保证公司运营的顺利进行，并与公司快速发展的环境和公司文化需求同步
- 不断为关怀中心的员工提供事业上的支持，为他们建立培训和发展计划，从而创造出富有活力，积极向上的团队氛围

- 具有良好的人际交往和沟通的技巧，以及与公司内外各类人员有效地进行交流互动的信心

The role is responsible for representing the company in a highly professional manner as a first point of contact. Candidates will be outgoing, service and result oriented, self-motivated with:

- Full understanding and commitment to people services;
- Ability to identify and respond to requirements in a friendly, helpful and professional manner;
- High level of interpersonal skills and the confidence to effectively communicate with internal and external people from a variety of backgrounds;
- Have the ability to plan, organize workloads and determining priorities consistant with the changing needs of the services;
- Previous experience in service focused or hospitality industry preferred
- Have business acumen and people management experience ;
- Advanced bilingual communication skills: Mandarin & English.

Key responsibilities:

- The delivery of administrative and related support services to the business;
- The internal regulation and administration of labour/employee services to ensure the staffing strategies in the business are aligned to corporate goals.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships at all levels of employees, public services, vendors and customers;
- Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing a team of people service professionals to ensure that all the organisation's dealings with internal and external visitors are conducted warm-heartedly, ethically, and legally.
