Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager/Associate Marketing Director
Report To: Global OCS Director

Altium is the leading developer of solutions that help engineers design and build the next generation of electronic products. We are now expanding our team at our global headquarter located in Shanghai and looking for a senior marketing professional (manager level or above) to join our Online Content & Services (OCS) team.

The role will be responsible for driving local/regional marketing programs. Candidates will be self-motivated, result oriented, well-organized with:

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of China market related to Altium's products and services
- Knowledge of the electronics industry including familiarity with key issues, design processes and products
- Marketing experience preferably in an IT/software & Electronics development environment
- 5 + years solid hands-on technical marketing experience
- Advanced bilingual communication skills: Mandarin & English
- Effective time management
- Logical thinking with high EQ
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and multi-task in a team environment

Main responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting Global OCS Director in planning and implementing, marketing programs regarding Altium's existing and proposed products and services, customer support, and training
- Partnering with Greater China Sales Director to identifying and driving the roll out of business development programs/industry campaigns
- Planning lead generation and awareness strategies including proposing Altium's presence at industry specific trade shows and other relevant marketing events
- Analyzing and tracking programs to evaluate effectiveness and determine ROI
- Work with marketing support team to provide content for product releases, analyst relations, tradeshow and speaking opportunities
- Leverage marketing support team for Chinese localizations of marketing and communications(PR) collateral
