职位描述
工作职责
1．完成新产品过程开发工作，确保开发过程符合APQP和CTM要求和项目进度。
2．根据工艺流程，会同项目组相关人员策划生产设备和工装，确定过程参数，参与生产设备安装调试。
3．产品批产后，负责产品的现场工艺和工程更改，对产品工艺持续改进
4. 保持与行业最新技术和方法的同进，能够在新产品的过程开发中消化并运用这些技术。
5．参与客户质量问题的分析和解决。
资格和要求
1、本科及以上学历，机械等相关理工类专业。
2、至少三年以上汽车行业产品开发或制造工艺工作经验
3、熟悉工业工程基本理论
4、较强的沟通协调和组织能力
5、良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for process design of new project, insure meet the requirement of APQP，PLP and project timing.
timing.
2. According to process flow, plan production equipment and tooling with team member. Setting process parameter, participate equipment install and trial run.
3. Be responsible for process on site and engineering change after SOP. Conduct continuously improvement on product, process and equipment.
4. Synchronize with the advanced techniques in the global, digest and use these techniques during new product launching.
5. Leading to resolve the key issues in process and participate in customer issue analyze and solving.
Qualification and requirements:
1、Education: bachelor degree, major in mechanical or chemical professor
2、3 year working experience in project management or automotive industry.
3、Work hard, strong interpersonal and expressional abilities expression, enterprising and good team worker.
4、Familiar with IE basic knowledge
5、With fluent English

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.
Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
