职位描述
· Will play an active role in the professional bid package process and hiring outside vendors
· Manages assigned project/s or scopes of work within financial parameters, and to the high quality standards of TWDC
· Manages relationships with owner/operator
· Manages, and at times, may perform, scheduling, estimating, budgeting
· Acts as the chief expeditor for the project. Responsible for ensuring integration of personnel, schedules and disciplines at the working level
· Oversees the on-site arrival of materials needed to construct, produce, install, and commission attractions
· Supports / facilitates construction / installation activities across all divisions on a day to day basis. Includes, but is not limited to coordination of show / ride installation, facilitating activities critical to key milestones.
· Serves as the main interface to between the lands / divisions and the Development Support / Interpreter team.
· Interface with the international shipping and logistic team and assist with the preparation of shipping documents
· Ensures that concept designs are properly captured and transferred from Creative to the other project disciplines for further design and implementation
· Tracks progress and distributes conclusions from mock-ups and show scene staging
· Manages development of the turnover deliverables matrix for each venue and facilitates turnover of deliverables to Operations / FOS
· Facilitate / assist with the overall coordination of outside vendor activities and interface
· 5-7 Years related experience
· Understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and Disney standards
· Exposure to and experience with hiring of outside vendors, and preparing professional bid packages
LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
· Ability to lead applicable project team including consultants, staff extensions, and contractors
· Proven team player with the demonstrated ability to delegate both horizontally and vertically
