Reports to: General Manager of LFS and Head of Marketing Asia in Hong Kong

Education: Degree in Fashion or clothing with major in branding/marketing. High proficiency in English

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

At least 3 years experience in apparel brand marketing management

· Strong sense and solid knowledge in high end fashion industry is a must

· Familiar with home-textile brands is an advantage

· Strong in customer relationship management and supply chain management

· Good understanding of end consumer behaviour

· Strategic thinker, creative, proactive and outgoing

· Team player with good communication and presentation skills

· Willing to travel local and overseas.

Principal Responsibilities:

1) Develop innovative brand strategies to sustain the growth of brand awareness for Lenzing Fibers in China

2) Ensure brand strategies are implemented effectively and correctly in China

3) Plan, organize, and evaluate new channels for building the Lenzing Fibers brand in China

4) Execute various marketing/branding strategies, promotional programs and strategic business plans

5) Formulate and prepare co-operation budget plans to work with retailers and wholesalers in launching promotional programs

6) Co-ordinate with external parties such as PR and advertising companies for promotional activities

7) Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth brand implementation
